In January we released a new cava; the young cava 2022. It is the first time we make a young cava and we are happy with how it turned out. Limited edition of 1000 bottles, hand disgorged and with a different label from the photographs of the ancestors! We have chosen a flower pom to represent the light, soft and floral character of this cava.
