Last week we did the bottling of Vila Morgades 2024 cava. And what is bottling? Well, it is the process of making and then bottling the wine that will be, if all goes well, cava. In our case we bottle manually and then we make a “rima” in the traditional way, that is to say, placing the bottles horizontally one by one using wooden cans as a support. This is known as “rima”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This year we have made Guarda Superior organic cava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is the most important moment of the year in the cava making process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
