This week we have finished harvesting! It has been a short harvest, with few grapes, but healthy and of good quality. Luckily we have not been caught by the hail that have fallen in other places and we have been able to harvest without any meteorological effects.
Now we have to wait for the wine to evolve well in the cellar, and for us to have a good year of both wine and cava. Until next year!
